Welcome to Tres Arroyos Cocles, nestled in the heart of Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Limon, Costa Rica, where luxury meets the tropics. Each of our cozy houses accommodates two guests and boasts modern amenities, including air conditioning and king size beds in three units and queen beds in the other two. Built in late 2023, our newly constructed properties offer a blend of comfort and style. Start your day with a delightful weekend breakfast served direct to your patio.

Most of our units feature a convenient small kitchenette, while those without still offer a hotel-like setup complete with a fridge and microwave. Situated on a lush 3/4-acre property in beautiful Cocles, Costa Rica, our enchanting grounds and vibrant flowers create unforgettable memories.

Cool off in our refreshing pool on hot tropical days. We offer ample parking space for three cars. Ideal for groups, retreats, or couples seeking a getaway, you can book the entire property or opt for a charming individual casita. Our units are available for both short and long-term rentals—simply inquire for more details. We're eager to welcome you and ensure your stay is unforgettable. The property has 5 separate casitas, in total, we can accommodate 10 adults and 2 children.
